Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at global firms including BDO Canada, Ernst & Young (EY), UnitedHealth Group, EXL Services & JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he led complex compliance, risk, and transformation initiatives.
His experience working with diverse teams and strategic partners across geographies gives him a comprehensive perspective on today’s regulatory and operational challenges. Known for his hands-on approach, Saurabh excels in navigating complex environments and cultivating cultures grounded in ethical growth.
